ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

Hotel and majority of staff great, front desk staff would not correct a complete rip off

I left a note for mini bar asking if they could replace Diet Coke for coke. 2 Diet Coke were left, one consumed but at checkout they said Diet Coke was ?room service? ordered at 10X the cost of a single can for 275 rupees. We did not order room service!

Staff is very polite and humble. The facilities are very good and room looks awesome.

Hotel employee from dinning team and from travel desk made sure our requirements were not just only met but went above and beyond.There are countless others who made our stay a memorable one, both behind the scenes and in front too

Room was comfortable but needs to be updated. Breakfast was good but could have been better. Location was central. Check-in and checkout were without any fuss. Room service was overall good but on an occasion there was no response for about an hour.

Rooms needs to be updated in view of the high prices charged. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

Honestly think money was not worth it, more complementary snacks and drinks could have been included as well as lunch or dinner for the amount of money paid for!

There was a dead pigeon in front of the room. They didn’t take care of it. They said it’s normal problem around that area. I think thats crazy.

Its was ok. Was expecting better for an ITC hotel.

This hotel, in my opinion, exemplifies my idea of a 5-star hotel. It was their attention to details that makes them stand apart from others. Their staff was always attentive and very efficient. I loved the performance by the dancers that was such a beautiful experience.

The breakfast had a good selection of both Indian and western food. Each restaurant was very nice especially Peshawar. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff very warm and friendly. A wonderful stay at a top class hotel.

Breakfast area and food was good.

Room cleanness didn't meet our expectation and it wasn't as per International standards. Especially, if you are alergic to dust mites and allergens then this hotel rooms were not at all clean. We changed two rooms in one night and both rooms were disappointing. Overall the air quality was poor in rooms and not properly clean . Also, not sure about the bed mattress but dust mites was a serious issue. This hotel is not recommended at all for international travellers.

The breakfast spread was awesome lots of options. My special thanks to the staff who always welcomed us with the smile and respect. Our special thanks to Mr. Chandra at Jal Mahal who was assisting us with the food and guiding us with everything made our stay and the food special we wish him luck.

Nothing to mention to be honest everything was awesome.

It is everything they advertised. Great restuarants and food. Enjoyed the pool. Location and convenience of hotel. We happened to use their spac facilities and salon - the staff were very friendly and made adjustments to acommodate our schedules.

There isn’t a lot that was good about this place, always plates on floor outside room, no lounge and snacks given in bar very basic, food never changed in restaurants ie same selection every day, it took 3 days for butler to introduce himself and that was after I pointed out that we had a butler room, they just don’t seem to care

The hotel looks old from the outside, but it is a beautiful and well maintained property. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and all amenities provided. There was cultural evening entertainment at the outdoor bar area. The pool is a very decent size for swimming and the towels are super soft. Lunch at the Jaipur Pavillon Restaurant is very tasty and the choices are eclectic. The gym is well equiped and great for a work out.Overall the staff made the experience even better because they remembered small details about us

The spa experience was average and not as great as I expected. However, the sauna and steam room are nice and the staff is very pleasant.

Rooms a little tired.Restaurant staff did not pay sufficient attention to a nut allergy. Fortunately we double checked.

Everything. Staff were extremely attentive. Breakfast and dinners were lovely. Happy hour at the bar a nice edition.
